Working for the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, the annual report received a make over for 2015. Breaking away from the design of its predecessors, the report focuses on aiding navigation and comprehension throughout. The most noticeable difference initially is the cut cover, allowing instant access to the list of contents and prominence to the contrasting brand imagery. Perfect bound and with a tactile matte laminated finish to the cover, first impressions are professional and robust.

The report retains the typeface selection and many graphic devices seen in previous years, adhering to brand guidelines whilst developing on the framework of past designs. Sections are denoted with full bleed brand imagery, helping to pace the copy heavy document and guide the reader throughout. Followed by introductory pages flooded with the corporate colour, sub-sections are subsequently denoted at the foot of each page, with page numbers positioned unobtrusively in the outer margins. A red glow also emanates from the central margins of pages with celebratory content, subtly reinforcing the visual identity.
